Questions you might have
Does he need to know anything first?
No. If he plays guitar, he's ready. Nuri teaches the setup step by step, in order, and helps him at his bench all day.
When will the envelope arrive?
Order by December 11 and we'll ship it in time for Christmas. After December 11, you'll get a printable version by email right away, and the online course is delivered instantly any day.
What if he can't make his date?
We're happy to move his seat to another class date when there's space available, as long as you let us know at least 25 days before his original class date.
Can I return it?
Online course gifts can be refunded within 10 days of purchase. Class seats can't be refunded, because we order his tools and reserve his spot as soon as you buy. If he can't attend, we'll give him the online course at no charge instead.
Do I need to make an account?
No. Add the gift to your cart, fill in his name and your note, then check out with your email, payment and the address you want the envelope sent to. That's it.
Will you contact him and spoil the surprise?
No. We only reach out to him after he redeems his gift.
